A booking is confirmed only when Golden Banquet provides written confirmation and any required payment and documentation have been completed according to the applicable quotation or booking agreement.

• Final pricing may depend on the guest count, menu, date, duration, layout, decor, equipment and other requirements.
• Payment schedules, deposits, taxes and additional charges will be stated in the written quotation or agreement.
• Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are governed by the terms accepted for the specific booking.

If website information differs from a signed booking agreement, the signed agreement will govern that booking, subject to applicable law.
